Sandwell District records, the anonymous stripped-down techno crew, will release two new 12″s this May. Seven tracks are divided between these two slabs of wax. A precursor to the long awaited Sandwell District album; set for release later this summer when the faceless collective are scheduled headliners for the Sonar Festival in Barcelona.
These two new releases from Sandwell Disctrict are cleverly name Sandwell District (Sampler Single One) and Sandwell District (Sampler Single Two). All tracks remain untitled with only the labels artists names and some of their alter-monikers providing track edits.
